Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or attending World AI Technology Expo Dubai or the World Entrepreneur & Investor Summit, you agree to these Visitor Terms & Conditions.
Registration & Admission
Admission is subject to a valid registration or ticket. The organiser reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission. Badges are personal and may not be shared or transferred unless expressly permitted.
Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. The organiser may remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, unlawful or unsafe.
Programme Changes
The programme, speakers, agenda, sessions and venue arrangements are subject to change. The organiser will make reasonable efforts to deliver the event as described but does not guarantee any specific session, speaker or content.
Photography & Recording
Photography and audio/video recording may take place at the event for marketing and editorial purposes. By attending, you acknowledge you may appear in such materials.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense arising from attendance, except where caused by its own negligence. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
Data & Privacy
Personal data provided at registration is processed to administer your attendance and communicate with you about the event, in line with applicable law. We do not sell your data.
