Overview
This Refund Policy applies to tickets and paid registrations for World AI Technology Expo Dubai and the World Entrepreneur & Investor Summit, organised by Golden Tree Events LLC. By completing a booking, you agree to this policy.
Cancellations by the Attendee
Refund eligibility and timelines depend on the ticket type and the date of your request relative to the event. Specific refund windows and any administrative fees will be confirmed at the time ticket sales open and stated on your booking confirmation.
Where a booking is non-refundable, this will be clearly stated before purchase.
Transfers & Name Changes
Where permitted, you may be able to transfer your registration to a colleague. Please contact the event team to request a transfer. Transfers are subject to approval and any applicable conditions.
Changes or Cancellation by the Organiser
If the event is rescheduled, your registration will typically remain valid for the new date. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, we will set out the options available to affected attendees. The organiser is not responsible for travel, accommodation or other incidental costs.
