Exhibitor Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to exhibitors at World AI Technology Expo Dubai.

Booking & Payment
Exhibition space is confirmed on receipt of a signed agreement and applicable payment per the terms stated in the exhibitor contract. Allocation of space is at the organiser’s discretion.
Use of Space
Exhibitors must use their allocated space in line with the organiser’s guidelines, including build-up, breakdown, health and safety, and venue rules. Exhibitors are responsible for their stand, staff and property.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms, including any non-refundable deposits, are set out in the exhibitor contract. The organiser reserves the right to reallocate unused space.
Conduct & Compliance
Exhibitors must comply with all applicable laws and venue regulations and must not engage in activity that is unlawful, unsafe or damaging to the event or other participants.
Liability & Insurance
Exhibitors are responsible for adequate insurance for their staff, stand and property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for loss or damage to exhibitor property.
