Speaker Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to speakers participating in World AI Technology Expo Dubai.

Application & Selection
Submitting a speaker application does not guarantee a speaking slot. All applications are reviewed and selection is at the organiser’s discretion. Selected speakers will receive confirmation and further details.
Content & Conduct
Speakers are responsible for the accuracy and originality of their content and must hold the rights to any materials presented. Overtly promotional “sales pitch” content is discouraged unless agreed as part of a sponsorship.
Materials & Recording
Speakers grant the organiser permission to record their session and to use their name, likeness, biography and session materials for event promotion and editorial purposes, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Scheduling
Session timing, format and the agenda are determined by the organiser and may change. The organiser will give reasonable notice of material changes.
Costs
Unless expressly agreed in writing, speakers are responsible for their own travel, accommodation and related expenses.
