This Visitor Agreement ("Agreement") governs the terms under which you ("Visitor") may register for and attend events organized by Golden Tree Events LLC, a corporation established in Dubai, with its head office located at Abdul Rahman Al hassan building, Al Khabisi, Diera, Dubai ("Golden Tree"). By purchasing tickets and signing up for events through this website, the Visitor agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1). Purpose
1.1 Golden Tree is engaged in the business of organizing and managing events, including the World AI Technology Expo scheduled for May 14 & 15, 2025, as detailed in documents incorporated herein by reference.
1.2 The Event encompasses a variety of activities, including conference sessions, networking opportunities, exhibitions, and the World Technology Awards, all designed to foster connections and collaboration within the AI and technology industries.
1.3 The Visitor wishes to attend the Event and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
1.4 Both parties confirm their eligibility to enter into this Agreement and affirm that no disqualifications exist that would prevent its execution.
2). Admission and Access
2.1 Access to the Event is granted to Visitors who possess a valid ticket or pass issued by the Golden Tree. Unauthorized entry is strictly prohibited.
2.2 The Golden Tree reserves the right to deny admission or remove any Visitor who violates the terms of this Agreement or exhibits inappropriate behavior
3). Code of Conduct
3.1 Visitors shall conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times while attending the Event.
3.2 Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior towards other attendees, speakers, exhibitors, or staff will not be tolerated.
3.3 Visitors must comply with all instructions from event staff and security personnel
4). Prohibited Activities
4.1 The following activities are prohibited:
4.1.1.1 Recording or Broadcasting: Recording, live-streaming, or broadcasting sessions, workshops, or panels without the prior written approval of the Organizer.
4.1.1.2 Unauthorized Distribution: Distribution of flyers, brochures, or any promotional materials not approved by the Organizer, including solicitation of business or donations.
4.1.1.3 Prohibited Items: Bringing dangerous or prohibited items into the venue, such as firearms, explosives, flammable substances, illegal drugs, or any items deemed unsafe by event security.
4.1.1.4 Disruptive Behavior: Engaging in actions that disturb sessions, exhibits, or other attendees, including loud or unruly behavior.
4.1.1.5 Unauthorized Access: Entering restricted areas of the venue without permission, including speaker lounges, backstage areas, or staff-only zones.
4.1.1.6 Interference with Operations: Tampering with event equipment, displays, or property belonging to the Organizer, other attendees, or exhibitors.
4.1.1.7 Violation of Laws: Participating in activities that violate local laws, regulations, or venue policies.
4.2 Visitors who engage in any of the prohibited activities may be subject to the following consequences.
4.2.1.1 Immediate removal from the event premises without refund of ticket or participation fees.
4.2.1.2 Confiscation of unauthorized materials or items.
4.2.1.3 Reporting to local law enforcement authorities, if applicable.
4.3 The Organizer reserves the right to enforce these provisions at its sole discretion to ensure the safety, security, and integrity of the event.
5). Photography and Media Release
5.1 The Golden Tree may take photographs, videos, or recordings during the Event for promotional and archival purposes.
5.2 By attending the Event, the Visitor grants the Golden Tree permission to use their likeness, voice, or statements in event-related materials, without compensation.
6). Liability and Assumption of Risk
6.1 The Visitor attends the Event at their own risk. The Golden Tree shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the Event.
6.2 Visitors are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. The Golden Tree assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
7). Cancellation and Force Majeure
7.1 All amounts paid to Golden Tree are non-refundable.
7.2 The Golden Tree reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event schedule at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or technical issues or Business Reasons
7.3 In the event of cancellation from Golden Tree, the Golden Tree’s liability is limited to refunding the ticket price, if applicable
7.4 The Golden Tree may cancel the event or modify the event date, time, agenda, schedule, program, or venue arrangements at its discretion. Visitors will be notified of changes via the event website, email, or on-site announcements. The Golden Tree is not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by such modifications except as provided under this Agreement.
8). NO WARRANTIES
All services of Golden Tree are provided on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis without warranty, representation, or guarantee of any kind whatsoever, either express or implied. Golden Tree does not warrant that the Agreement will result in the benefit of the Visitor in any manner.
9). INDEMNITY and LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 Golden Tree shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the cancellation or rescheduling of the event.
9.2 In no event shall Golden Tree or any of its directors, employees or other representatives be responsible for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind.
10). MISCELLANEOUS
10.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between the Parties.
10.2 Governing law: This Agreement shall be construed and enforced according to the laws of [ENTER STATE].
10.3 Successors and Assigns: This Agreement shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto.
10.4 Headings: The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only.
10.5 Severability: If any term of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then this Agreement, including all of the remaining terms, will remain in full force and effect.
10.6 Notices: Any notice or other communication to be given or sent hereunder shall be left or sent by email or prepaid registered post to the Party concerned.
10.7 No partnership: Nothing contained or implied in this Agreement shall constitute or be deemed to constitute a partnership.
10.8 No Rule of Construction: Unless prohibited by law, no rule of construction applies to the disadvantage of the Party responsible for the preparation of this Agreement.
10.9 Amendment: This Agreement shall not be varied, amended or cancelled unless such variation, amendment or cancellation has been expressly agreed to in writing by the Parties.
10.10 Survival: All provisions that logically ought to survive termination of this Agreement shall survive.
10.11 Waiver: No delay or failure by any of the Parties to exercise or enforce at any time any right or provision of this Agreement shall be considered a waiver thereof unless made in writing.
10.12 Electronic Signatures/ Counterparts: This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts.
10.13 Taxes: The Parties shall bear their respective taxes applicable to them which may arise by virtue of this Agreement.
